Education for Sustainable Development

REC Albania contributes directly to UNESCO's Global Action Plan for Sustainable Development (ESD) and UNECE's ESD Strategy and facilitates the achievement of the UN Sustainable Development Goals by serving the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.

We provide professional advice to education policy makers; foster international dialogue and cooperation between different stakeholders; disseminate knowledge of ESD policies and tools; develop innovative multimedia tools in online and printed formats for classroom use; build the capacity of regional, national and local groups; and facilitate public participation in policy making.
